Because of a quirk with Internet Explorer some people have had problems accessing this site.
I think it is because of the settings that contol pop-ups.
I do not have the time or the skill to sort this problem out so please pick one of the following -

A decent browser like Mozilla or Firefox or IE with pop-upos allowed

Internet Explorer with no pop-ups and limited functionality
